We are currently on the search for an Account Manager to join our client’s digital marketing agency in Brisbane. If you are an Account Manager with a strong background in marketing and can see yourself developing your SEO skills and have a passion for communicating with clients or key stakeholders, then keep reading.

As the SEO Account Manager, they are looking for someone who is a highly technical individual yet creative in their thought processes, and someone that knows a thing or two about writing great content and optimisation. It also goes without saying that the ideal person has some great client-facing skills, able to provide them with insights, and recommendations, and ensure that whilst they may not understand SEO and all of its intricacies, that they understand the SEO journey and what to expect.

The Role:

  • Developing SEO strategies for a portfolio of clients that are tailored to achieving your client’s business goals. You’ll get to have a real impact on the lives of our clients.
  • Living and breathing all the SEO tools including Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming frog to name only a few.
  • Execute SEO strategies including; technical audits, keyword research, Schema, metadata optimisation, link building and so much more.
  • Work alongside their exciting and loyal clients to develop out-of-the-box thinking with their SEO strategies and execution
  • No two days are the same, so you will be constantly be challenged by new opportunities daily!


  • Tertiary qualifications in Multimedia/Marketing/Creative Industries and/or professional qualifications in IT/Design
  • 2+ years of Account Management experience (ideally agency side)
  • A keen interest to learn SEO with some experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
  • Knowledge with industry SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb and Screaming Frog
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints would be a plus!
