As the Customer Service Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for monitoring and actioning the Customer Care experience, solving customer pain points and working towards ongoing business improvement. The Role:

  • Management of customer experience as affected by staff, processes and supply chain
  • Monitor progress of CRM events; ensuring a timely outcome and positive communication experience for the customer
  • Responsibility for customer care first-line response
  • Review client survey responses, emailing managers/sales staff and contacting wholesalers
  • Process and communicate customer requests, including adjustments
  • Prepare and submit weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement by challenging existing ways of doing business and investigating new opportunities for improvement


  • Experience in high-value consumer retail
  • Experience using customer service technologies
  • Experience working in sales or customer service


$55k – $65k + super (commensurate with experience)
