We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join the Felix Enterprise team. In this role you’ll lead the Customer Success team and work cross-functionally with internal teams to retain and grow their Enterprise client base.

Felix (ASX:FLX) is now used globally by leading construction, mining, government, utility, public infrastructure and property companies to manage their supply chains.

A seasoned SaaS CSM you will be a skilled communicator who can lead, empower, and influence a diverse group of people from a range of backgrounds. Whilst a background in Construction or Property Tech is a bonus, it’s not a must.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that Felix customers realise the full value of Felix! Overseeing a team of Customer Success specialists you will ensure they are managing and supporting those clients’ journey effectively, whilst also personally managing a selection of key Enterprise clients. You will work closely with the Enterprise Sales Team to add value during the pre-sales stage, and with the Project Implementation Team to ensure that all action items are recorded and reported upon throughout the implementation and go-live stages.
- Understanding and advocating for the Felix customers, their goals, problems, journeys, and jobs to be done! You will champion the voice of the customer internally and identify trends and needs
- Researching the market and competition to drive strategic and tactical product decisions
- Of course you’ll be responsible for maintaining relationships, driving engagement, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with different areas of the business to deliver outcomes for Felix clients
- Coach the CSM team to identify product expansion opportunities
- Proven experience as Senior Customer Success Manager or similar client-facing role
- Experience leading best practice customer success within a fast paced SaaS product business
- Excellent communication, planning, time management, and execution skills
- Construction-tech or Prop-tech experience is a bonus!
