We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our client’s women’s fashion brand, FRANKiE4, in a full-time role! An extra bonus: they are open to all applicants across Australia!

Working directly with the Global Director of Digital Experience, this is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketer ready to take that next step in their professional career. This role will see you leading the performance marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to determine the marketing strategy and diving deep into big budgets and data!

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with the Global Director of Digital Experience to ensure all performance marketing activity is executed with best practices to constantly optimise the customer experience and empower online business growth. Ready to get creative?

About You:

  • You must have a passion for eCommerce and retail, especially sustainable fashion!
  • You thrive on creating unique and beautiful graphics within a fast-paced environment
  • You are a self-starter who loves managing workflows and can execute on time, every time!
  • You allow your data-driven mind to do the talking for you
  • You have excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • You have a collaborative attitude and love working in a cross-functional environment

The Role:

Here’s a sneak peek of your day-to-day:

  • Maintain strong relationships with partners/agencies to implement and optimise programs to drive sales and new client growth
  • Implement digital ad campaigns across Bing, Facebook, Adroll and Google while ensuring a strong return on investment
  • Write and manage creative briefs to support assets for marketing channels, partner with internal creative, merchandising, and site teams to ensure the successful launch of marketing campaigns across the acquisition channels, and ensure that creative is in line with the brand style guide
  • Utilise a wide range of tools, such as paid search, dynamic display and social campaigns to build new audiences, re-engage existing audiences and convert sales in line with business goals
  • Work closely with the Director of Digital Experience to plan monthly content, and develop paid ad strategies, which consider customer journeys, audience targeting and ad creative to deliver strong ROI, along with ensuring assets are in-line with the brand’s style guide
  • Responsible for acquisition marketing channel KPIs, including forecasting, budgeting, tracking and reporting

Experience:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role (preference to have prior eCommerce experience)
  • Experience with monthly reporting and insights
  • Previous management experience
  • Proficient in all ad platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing, Meta Advertising, and Adroll
  • Previous team leadership experience and managing workflows

Salary:

$110k+ super (commensurate with experience)
