The Role:

In this role, you’ll work within a client team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies for their illustrious clients. Day-to-day, this role will see you:

  • Working directly with clients to understand their business needs, including leading, managing, and executing multiple client briefs each week (Private & Public Sector).
  • Autonomously developing strategies and proposals for existing and new clients.
  • Autonomously developing digital tactics to deliver exceptional results for your clients.
  • Suggesting and adopting new platforms and tools to improve efficiency and results.
  • Providing support to more junior team members as required.
  • Using Google Analytics to analyze and report on account optimization.


Ideally, you’ll possess skills in paid ads, along with some experience in SEO, organic social management, and tracking.

  • Ability to use and understand other tools relevant to the specialty (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Search Console, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Confidence in managing and delivering large digital marketing projects and strategies.
  • You’ll have exceptional client service approach and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership and mentoring of junior staff members.
  • A passion for the dynamic and varied nature of agency environments.
