We are currently on the lookout for an eager full-time eCommerce Manager to join forces with our client’s iconic jewellery brand based here in Brisbane.

As the eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the brand websites, ensuring the latest strategies are implemented and purposefully nurturing each customer through the full customer lifecycle. Expect no two days to be quite the same in this multi-faceted role. But if you’re already in the eCommerce space, well then you probably already know that!

The Role:

  • Devise strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales on the online store
  • Create frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms
  • Manage and proactively troubleshoot websites
  • Direct the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies
  • Create promotional offers and check to see that these are uploaded precisely
  • Mentor and coach team members
  • Manage the campaign assets across web channels to ensure consistent marketing alignment
  • Manage stock inventory via the website including imagery and pricing
  • Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks

Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing Management, Business, Information Systems (or similar)
  • 5+ years’ experience as an eCommerce Manager or eCommerce Specialist
  • Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies
  • Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in eCommerce
  • High-level conceptual and analytical skills and the ability to identify appropriate solutions that meet business needs and objectives

Salary:

$120k + super (commensurate with experience)
