Full Stack Developers with a love of tech, innovation and startup-land…. this is the role for you! We are working with Australia’s hub for innovation, incubation and investment of tech to find their next Full Stack Developer. 

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who falls into the ‘Mid’ or ‘Senior’ camp, and who has a love for Python, React and Vue. If you have worked with PHP in the past, it’s a nice-to-have too.

The Role:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of web-based applications using Python, React and Vue. Your primary focus will be on developing the front-end and back-end of applications, ensuring that they are optimised for performance, scalability and usability.

Here’s a sneak peek at your day-to-day:

  • Design and develop web-based applications using Python, React, and Vue
  • Develop and maintain the front-end and back-end of applications
  • Ensure that the applications are optimised for performance, scalability and usability
  • Collaborate with the broader team which includes both technical and non-technical stakeholders to help build the future of Australia’s tech
  • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development
  • Participate in the planning and execution of project milestones

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Strong knowledge of Python, React and Vue
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Nice to have:

  • Experience with PHP
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms

Salary:

This will be commensurate with experience.
