As the Graphic Designer, you will apply up-to-date knowledge of the design industry software and techniques using a professional approach to meet time frames and budgets. You will report to the Group Manager – Marketing (B2B), and you will be responsible for interpreting design briefs and preparing design concepts.

The Role:

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Corporate Marketing, Developers and Designers
  • User Interface Design, including wireframes, prototypes, style guides and user flows
  • Effectively communicate and defend your design decisions, including taking all feedback constructively
  • Ability to create illustrations to help communicate a key concept. Bonus if you can animate these illustrations into videos
  • Print design work to support other functions of the business, eg. Annual Reports

Experience:

  • Strong experience with design tools such as WebFlow, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Experience in UI tools like Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD, or in animation/video editing tools like AfterEffects, desirable
  • Willingness to learn new tools to continually improve the quality of your designs
  • Understand fundamentals of mobile-first and responsive UI design
  • Demonstrated ability to work with staff at different levels within the organisation.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience
