We are on the search for a Head of Digital Marketing to join our client’s fast-growing and fast-paced digital marketing agency. Our client provides digital solutions for small to medium-sized businesses across Google Ads, social media platforms, web development and SEO management. This role will give you the opportunity to have a high degree of autonomy in building, directing, and leading your team across all areas of marketing.

This is a full-time role, located in the Brisbane CBD, close to all types of public transport, cool cafes and endless options for lunch!

As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be the head of the client service team. You will be responsible for leading, motivating and inspiring a team of client service managers responsible for managing the digital media investments and strategies for clients across SEM, SEO, eCommerce and content solutions.

The Role:

  • Successfully create and implement strategies that complement and support the business’s goals
  • Increasing the average client lifetime value by a value-adding sales approach
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting to inform strategies, achieve targets, and identify concerns to address
  • Ensure excellent service to the customer base, working closely with senior leadership across the industry
  • Growing and maintaining client portfolios across your team through training and new strategies
  • Build and grow a high-performance, high-engaging team of account management professionals
  • Lead your team to monitor, analyse, and plan activities to maximise individual effectiveness and sales achievement on a sustainable, ongoing basis
  • Consistently improve your marketing and sales knowledge to lead your team to constantly perform better for your clients
  • Manage workflow, processes and technology platforms to ensure operational excellence
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders and other departments regarding client progress, initiatives and opportunities
  • Take a strategic approach to identify opportunities based on emerging market needs and trends

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital with an in-depth understanding of SEO, SEM and Social advertising
  • Experience with managing a team of 5 or more people
  • Experience extracting meaningful insights from various datasets

Salary:

Commensurate with experience
