Our client is a global leader within the premium beauty industry (you’ve definitely heard of them!) and they are on the search for a HR Manager to join their team for a 12-month maternity contract commencing in October with the flexibility to work 4 or 5 days per week.

This is a full-time role, located in Brisbane! This role will see you reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the HR function across Australia and New Zealand and its 70-person team. This is a HR generalist role responsible for developing and executing the people strategy for the business to assist in achieving commercial outcomes!

The Role:

  • Creating, managing and executing people-focused engagement and retention initiatives ensuring activity provides ROI
  • Managing end-to-end talent attraction and recruitment activity
  • Partnering with all levels of the business to provide support and guidance on employee relations, organisational change and legislative requirements
  • Managing the L&D function of the company focusing on internal development
  • Ensuring policies, procedures, employment contracts and any other HR legislative requirements are up to date and adhered to
  • Reporting on and analysing people-related metrics providing and presenting key insights and actions for improvement
  • Managing and mentoring the ANZ’s HR coordinator

Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in HR or a relevant field
  • 3 years of experience in a generalist HR management or Business Partner role
  • Proven experience with organisational change management and project implementation
  • Experience managing performance and engagement of field-based staff is preferable

Salary:

$110k + super (commensurate with experience) – however, this is a contract role
