We are on the search for a Lead UX Copywriter to join our client’s thriving fintech company in Brisbane!

Our client has built a name for itself as one of Australia’s most-feature rich products in the industry. With over 500,000 users and growing fast, they are building an exceptional team to support this fantastic growth.

We are looking for a Lead UX Copywriter to work alongside a team of passionate and experienced designers to deliver and maintain the products’ tone of voice. You will play a vital role in establishing content standards and terminology, and ensuring these are maintained, scalable and implemented correctly. Partnering with Design, Product and Engineering, your work will have a direct impact on the user experience across multiple platforms.

The Role:

  • Write clear, consistent copy for new features and products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional squads to write and improve existing copy
  • Consistently review feedback from end-users, customer support and legal teams and evolve copy as required
  • Maintain and document evolving copy, working closely with product designers and managers
  • Champion UX Copywriting best practices, adhering to our brand tone of voice and upholding consistency across products
  • Define clear and scalable processes for all things UX Copywriting, allowing for easy collaboration


  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, writing and editing content for web and mobile experiences
  • Experience documenting and maintaining taxonomy and information architecture
  • Experience writing for a variety of personas, understanding different needs and wants
