As the Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the delivery, planning and evaluation of localised marketing activity in Australia and New Zealand. In this role you’ll be making the most of your curiosity and creativity to continuously improve this exciting fast-paced business!

The Role:

  • Work with Senior Australasian PR and Marketing Manager on organic content strategy
  • Be responsible for planning and delivery of all aspects of the AU-owned Instagram account including: content creation, briefing, community management, posting, scheduling, link building, updating OmniLink and evaluating
  • Seek reactive opportunities and work with designers to create and post these in a timely manager
  • Reviewing content created by the global social media agency
  • Use findings to optimise channel performance
  • Write effective creative briefs to create relevant localised content
  • Supporting the Global team on organic content for Global social media accounts – Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube. This includes input and feedback on briefs, community management and posting targeted local content
  • Update content calendar on a monthly basis, liaising with ambassadors on activity, ensuring ambassador is delivering content on time, on brand and to high quality, conducting monthly performance analysis
  • Campaign support – updating and inputting ideas to planning and debriefing documents
  • Writing effective creative briefs to create relevant localised content


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with platforms such as Sprout Social, Tableau, Meltwater, Monday.com
  • Experience with content creation across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube


$65k + super (commensurate with experience).
