We are on the hunt for a strong Mid to Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our client Comtrac to help rearchitect the platform and work autonomously to help the company with growth plans. Growth of Comtrac has been extremely strong and they have plenty of growth in the pipeline. The current DevOps team has 2 people and looking to make another addition to the team.

The Role – here’s a look into some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Perform provisioning and deployment procedures as part of our customer onboarding
  • Maintain and manage the existing CI/CD pipeline
  • Provide Azure platform support to the Development team as required
  • Build tools/scripts to automate common procedures and processes
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors
  • Monitor and manage infrastructure, ensuring security and scalability
  • Investigate performance bottlenecks
  • Design and update procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Contribute to the development of our next generation provisioning and deployment
    platform

Experience:  

  • Minimum 3 years in a DevOps Engineer or similar Software Engineering role
  • Experience with Azure Cloud Platform
  • Strong knowledge of scripting environments such as PowerShell and Azure CL
  • Working knowledge of SQLServer databases and SQL queries
  • Exposure to Windows Server administration and configuration
  • Exposure to IIS Web Server administration and configuration
  • Problem-solving attitude and analytical approach to resolving infrastructure issues
  • Ability to work and contribute in a small, tight-knit team

Salary: Up to $150k+ Super
