So let’s tell you about the role…

At ChangeGPS they aim to use technology to unleash the potential in accounting practices and ultimately change accountant’s lives. They don’t just make great software, they support their users with expert one-on-one advice. That is where their Member Success Manager comes in. The Member Success Manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining and developing the relationships with ChangeGPS’s members. They will provide ongoing support throughout the client’s period of service to demonstrate value and help them to have the headspace and time to DO WHAT MATTERS!

About You:

  • You are a high-performing individual with strong attention to detail
  • You are passionate about helping empower users (or as ChangeGPS calls them… members!) to get the most value out of technology
  • You are an extrovert and love spending your days empowering accountants and business leaders
  • You are self-driven and organised

The Role:

Here’s a more detailed glance at what your day-to-day includes:

  • Establishing, maintaining and developing the relationships with ChangeGPS’s members.
  • Conducting entry level customer support to help clients. Following up with new clients to ensure proper engagement and utilisation of products, services, proposals.
  • Reaching the required retention rates and the quarterly revenue target.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts to up-selling and cross-selling
  • Conducting regular follow-ups/training with clients to ensure that they are properly engaging with our products/services and identify further engagement opportunities
  • Dealing with incoming queries, issues and the day to day needs of your clients as they arise
  • Continually learn new software apps/updates and communicate these new product offerings to clients
  • Conduct business development activities as required. For example, attendance at webinars and events


  • Adequate experience in a Client Relationship / Account Management role
  • Excellent interpersonal/telephone/online video meeting skills and intuition
  • Aptitude to learn new software apps / updates and to communicate those clearly to clients
  • Systematic approach to account management processes with attention to detail High levels of enthusiasm, energy and resourcefulness
  • Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills


This will be commensurate with experience.
