We are currently on the lookout for a Paid Media Coordinator to join our client’s women’s eCommerce fashion brand.

This is a full-time position located right here in Brisbane – and chances are, you already know the brand!

As part of the digital marketing team, you will be joining a group of passionate and skilled marketers in a time of high growth and exciting new opportunities.

This role will see you responsible for managing, creating and planning campaigns, optimising existing campaigns, identifying high-performing content, analysing data trends and writing engaging copy.

About You:

  • Google Ads Guru with a love for social media advertising as well!
  • You are equal parts creative and analytical
  • You love all things fashion marketing and eCommerce
  • Have a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals – from understanding the customer journey and stages of the funnel, right through to the role of different tactics
  • You’re always up to date with digital communication best practices and strategies

The Role:

  • Manage and maintain the Facebook and TikTok paid ads strategy and campaigns
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team
  • Testing and monitoring paid ads
  • Work with the social media team on when they can launch the different sales and campaigns
  • Report and analyse the performance of the campaigns
  • Analyse trends and make data-driven decisions

Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or similar desired
  • 2+ years in a similar role, ideally with a fast-moving eCommerce brand
  • Experience driving revenue and scaling accounts for brands
  • You have strong commercial acumen and an understanding of how paid media fits into the overall strategy
  • Experience working with innovative retail marketing teams with a strong focus on brand

Salary:

Commensurate with experience
