Due to continued growth, our client’s creative agency is on the lookout for a positive and motivated individual to join their team in Brisbane, or Sydney as a Paid Media Specialist.

As a Paid Media Specialist, you’ll work with a variety of internal stakeholders and external clients and be involved in creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels for national and local clients, optimising existing campaigns, analysing data trends, writing engaging copy for adverts and overall account management of clients.

Without a doubt, this is a pivotal role for a paid expert looking to make an impact. Working with the Performance Team, you will get to collaborate with a group of dedicated marketing gurus and feel purpose in the work you do every day.

About You:

  • You thrive with numbers and are analytically-minded
  • You are a proactive, self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • You have strong commercial acumen – an understanding of overall strategy and how your work fits within that
  • You have strong attention-to-detail and project management skills
  • You are working your way to becoming a subject matter expert in Paid Media
  • You are a lover of all things digital marketing

The Role:

Here’s just a sneak peek of your day-to-day:

  • Manage a number of campaigns and work with a range of clients or internal stakeholders
  • Oversee existing campaigns and make recommendations on how to optimise them
  • Work with data, analysing trends and results to make data-driven decisions
  • Write engaging copy for adverts
  • Analysing trends and making data-driven decisions
  • Spend time meeting clients and stakeholders and attending events
  • Account management of clients
  • Produce detailed analysis and reports of campaigns
  • Generate regular reports using the tracking dashboard

Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or similar
  • 1+ years’ experience in SEM or Digital Marketing working for a media agency
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • A good understanding of how PPC fits into the wider area of digital marketing
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, project management and time management skills
  • Ability to foster strong client relationships at various levels
  • Experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook Ad Manager
  • In-depth knowledge across the Google Marketing Platform (i.e. DV360, SA360, Campaign Manager) would be desirable, but not essential
