We are currently on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our client’s women’s eCommerce fashion brand.

This is a full-time position located right here in Brisbane – and chances are, you already know the brand!

As part of the digital marketing team, you will be joining a group of passionate and skilled marketers in a time of high growth and exciting new opportunities.

This role will see you responsible for managing all of our client’s paid media, creating and planning campaigns, optimising existing campaigns, identifying high-performing content, analysing data trends, writing engaging copy and the overall management of accounts.

About You:

  • Google Ads Guru w/ a love for social media advertising as well! We are talking Tiktok, Facebook/Instagram and Pinterest ecosystems
  • Equal parts creative and analytical
  • Love all things fashion marketing and eCommerce
  • Have a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals – from understanding the customer journey and stages of the funnel, right through to the role of different tactics
  • You’re always up to date with digital communication best practices and strategies

The Role:

  • Drive the paid media strategy across all digital channels with a focus on Facebook and Google Ads, but also TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube
  • Quickly develop a strong understanding of the brand and how to showcase that in our client’s ad creatives and copy
  • Management of external agencies and contractors
  • Dissect and analyse existing campaigns to find opportunities to optimise and scale
  • Day to day management of all funnels, structure, feeds, creative and reporting
  • Development of a plan, launch and testing schedule to ensure the accounts are meeting key metrics and overall objectives

Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or similar desired
  • 3+ years in a similar role, ideally with a fast-moving eCommerce brand
  • Experience driving revenue and scaling accounts for brands
  • You have strong commercial acumen and an understanding of how paid media fits into the overall strategy
  • Experience working with innovative retail marketing teams with a strong focus on brand
  • Highly analytical with an understanding of reporting structure, how to gather insights from the data and how to scale accounts
