As the Performance Marketing Specialist you will lead the strategy and execution of in-house programmatic and media campaigns across social, video, display and remarketing for the company’s brands.

The Role:

  • Implementation, trafficking, optimisation and pacing of programmatic campaigns to deliver targets based on allocated budgets
  • Optimisation and ongoing testing of landing pages, ad creative, targeting etc.
  • Competitor activity and analysis to uncover opportunities to gain market share
  • Work collaboratively across marketing teams to share insights and provide audience segmentation recommendations that inform the creative strategy for our campaigns across digital channels
  • Liaise with internal analytics experts to expand and refine the media targeting strategy to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Deliver digital marketing reporting including key insights, learnings and recommendations by agreed deadlines
  • Stay up to date across industry changes and developments and identify key opportunities for business value that can be driven by early adoption of products or technology
  • Ensure correct and timely POing of spend for owned channels

Experience:

  • Bachelor of Marketing, IT or similar industry experience 
  • 2 + years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on programmatic media, working with large 1st party data sets and audience technology
  • AdWords qualified or demonstrated equivalent experience with Display and Retargeting through either the GDN or a DSP
  • Proven experience implementing complex social & display campaigns for ideally large brands with sizeable budgets
  • Proficient with DV360, Campaign Manager, YouTube, Facebook ads, SA360, GA
  • Ability to pull reports and extract compelling actionable insights rapidly, from both ad platforms and analytics tools
  • Experience analysing large data sets to find conclusions using Excel pivot tables, lookup formulas etc.

Salary:

$85k + super (commensurate with experience)
