About You:

The Role:

Your north star will be making life-changing connections with candidates and clients by being a go-to source of opportunities and advice within your domain.

Here’s a sneak peek at your day-to-day:

  • Manage candidates through an entire end-to-end process, effective in:
    • Mapping the market
    • Shortlisting candidates
    • Headhunt candidates
    • Building relationships with ‘in the know’ candidates
    • Clearly articulating a candidate’s value proposition
    • Confidently match-make candidate and company
    • Manage and influence a candidate through the recruitment process
  • Manage clients through an entire end-to-end process, effective in:
    • Onboard new clients
    • Manage client relationships from end to end
    • Effectively manage client expectations
    • Deliver value to clients to ensure repeat business
  • Read, watch and listen about all things tech so you can be a strong advisor to the clients and candidates you serve
  • Establish a strong community network and be a recognisable and trusted face in the Brisbane tech ecosystem

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum 6 months experience from agency or internal rec role
  • Proven experience hitting (or exceeding) goals
  • Proven ability to deliver results in an end-to-end recruitment process
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Able to balance short, medium and long-term goals
  • Ability to effectively triage and prioritise
  • Ability to work autonomously to deliver outcomes

Brownie points if you have:

  • Experience in tech recruitment
  • Experience in boutique agency recruitment


Commensurate with experience + commission
