Hunt & Co. are thrilled to team up with an Australian-owned and operated agency to help them find their next Senior Account Director. As senior Account Director you’ll be a senior member of the Queensland team, working directly with key accounts to provide ‘best in breed’ strategic advice and support.

And a little more about the role…

As Senior Account Director you will be responsible for:

  • Managing accounts and building relationships in QLD
  • Coordinating monthly account check ins and quarterly strategic reviews
  • Provide strategic leadership on client accounts to develop best in breed strategies
  • Work on PR opportunities and act as a face of the brand locally
  • Collaborating with project teams to support service delivery
  • Identifying, pitching and closing new prospective client account opportunities in QLD
  • Responding to tender and RFP opportunities
  • Working with the Senior Leadership team to help drive the business’ overall growth and service delivery in QLD

About You:

  • You are someone who thrives on autonomy and account leadership
  • You are proactive and independent but not a lone wolf
  • You can work collaboratively and proactively with those around you
  • You can prepare and professionally deliver compelling presentations and proposals


  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in a leadership role
  • Degree in a field such as advertising, communications, marketing or public relations
